Pool-Play Details:
• Each team will play two games on Thursday, and one game on Friday of Pool-Play.
  
• Four teams will play in each bracket (bracket seedings TBA at Mandatory Orientation
  meeting on Thursday, May 22, at 7:30 a.m. (OWCC Campus Mall). Bracket pairings are based on
  Regional Tourney placement and were pre-determined by the HWSA Board prior to the
  Regional Tournaments.
  
• Official game schedules will be distributed at the Orientation.
  
• The team listed first is the home team (Home V Visitor).
• Tie-breaker rules may be used to determine seedings (head-to-head record,
  runs allowed per inning, runs scored per inning.
  
• Four guaranteed games.
  
• Dessert Reception from 7:00-9:00 p.m. will go on at the OWCC Campus Mall, Niceville campus. Players should come dressed in their uniforms.

Saturday, May 24

Play-off Games Details:
• Championship play-off games will be played Saturday morning at the OWCC baseball complex.
  
• Consolation play-off games will be played Saturday morning at Jet Stadium (near Ft. Walton Beach).
  
• The top two teams in each pool will advance to the Championship bracket.
  
• The bottom two teams in each pool will be in the Consolation bracket.
  
• Each team will have competed in their guaranteed four games after the completion of Consolation game #2.
  
• The winners of Consolation Play-off game #1 and #2 will play each other in the Consolation Game at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday night. Two teams will fall out of the tournament after the Consolation Play-off games.
  
• The losers of the Championship Play-off games #1 and #2 will compete in the Third Place game on Sunday, May 25 (2:00 p.m.).
  
• The Girls' Fast-pitch Softball Championship game will be at the OWCC Softball field at 5:00 p.m.
  
• The winners of the Championship Play-off games #1 and #2 will meet each other in the Championship Game under the lights at OWCC, 8:00 p.m.

Sunday, May 25

Sunday Game Details:
• All-Tournament Praise & Worship session will be held at the OWCC Campus Mall, Niceville Campus from 9:00-11:00 a.m. Joel Goddard (and wife Stacy) will be our guest speaker(s). Players should come dressed in their uniforms.
  
• The losers of the Championship Play-off games #1 and #2 will compete in the Third Place game on Sunday, May 25 (2:00 p.m.).
  
• The Girls' Fast-pitch Softball Championship game will be at the OWCC Softball field at 5:00 p.m.
  
• The winners of the Championship Play-off games #1 and #2 will meet each other in the Championship Game under the lights at OWCC, 8:00 p.m.
  
• Monday, May 26, is reserved as a Rain Day Option.
